Teacher
- Leads a "learning center"
- 4-week commitment
- Same activities with a different class each week
- Teach a different learning center with a new lesson!
Shepherd
- Leads a class of students
- 1 year commitment
- No lesson prep
- Travel to learning centers with children
- Assist teacher when needed
