Defining the purpose of WHLC in God's Mission for the next five years!
What exactly will we be doing for an ENTIRE day?
Bible Study in small groups
Creating a purpose statement for WHLC
Developing guiding principles for the congregation (the central hopes, ideals and values that drive our purpose)
What do I need to bring?
A bible and an open spirit.
Helpful resources to consider prior to the reatreat:
Reading the Book of Acts before you come will be most helpful!

Lunch is on your own. Bring a brown bag or treat yourself.
Why do I need to be there?
Because God has called you into the faith community we call Windsor Heights Lutheran. Therefore, your voice matters when it comes to the future of this congregation, and owning what God calls us to be and do in the future as disciples of Jesus Christ. If the mission and ministry of Windsor Heights Lutheran is important to you, than your presence is requested and encouraged!!
