Windsor Heights Women of the ELCA (WELCA) encompasses small groups and gatherings through a variety of intergenerational activities that are centered around your interests.
Through COMMUNITY, each woman learns to value herself and others as created in God's image and redeemed in Christ. Through GROWTH, each woman is strengthened, developed and equipped in various learning experiences. Through ACTION, each woman articulates and acts upon her faith as a participant.

- June 14—Synod one day gathering at Lutheran Church of the Resurrection, Marion, Iowa
- June 18—Communion brunch and Bible study hosted by morning group
- July 17—Noon salad luncheon and Bible study hosted by afternoon group
- Aug. 21—6:00 pm—Potluck and Bible study hosted by evening group
- Sept. 27—WHL women's one day retreat at Riverside Retreat Center
- Oct. 28—General meeting with installment of 2009 officers, devotions, speaker and dessert
